BT Trust Services Refunds Policy
BT adheres to and stands behind rigorous practices in undertaking certification operations and in issuing certificates.
BT Ignite Trust Services will issue a replacement certificate, free-of-charge, up to 30 days from the date of issuance.
After this period, a replacement fee is payable.
A full refund is only possible if the Certificate is revoked within 30 days of issuance.
For UK Customers this does not affect your Statutory Rights.
To request a refund please e-mail BT at refunds@trustwise.com with the following information :
ID Certificates:
Customer Name
E-mail address - as per certificate enrolment
ertificate type, date of issues
contact telephone number and
Full reasons for requesting refund.
Server Certificates:
Company Name - as per certificate enrolment
Common Name (e.g. www.company.com) - as per certificate enrolment
Name of Individual requesting refund Full reasons for requesting refund.
Managed PKI Services and Managed Server Multipack:
Company Name - as per certificate enrolment Division/Project (if applicable) - as per certificate enrolment
Name of Individual requesting refund
Full reasons for requesting refund.
